THE BRIEF, THE BUILD, THE PAYOFF.
The assignment called for complete visual coverage of the forum across both photography and film. Alongside documenting speakers, guests and key moments, selected photographs needed to be delivered while the event was still happening for immediate communications and social use.
Our photography workflow was built around speed without sacrificing consistency. Key moments were captured, selected and uploaded throughout the day, giving the team access to polished imagery while the forum was still underway.
At the same time, video coverage focused on the scale of the event, conversations, speakers, audience reactions and the details that gave the forum its atmosphere.
After the event, the footage was shaped into a concise recap film that brought the full experience together — combining the people, setting and key moments into one piece designed for post-event communications and digital use.
