R2S TRAIL
A motion-led launch piece for a secure computing platform, visualising protected code as luminous capsules moving through a controlled system. The abstract language keeps the technology intriguing while still explaining isolation, scale and reliability, giving the sales team a flexible hero asset for web, events and product demos.

THE BRIEF, THE BUILD, THE PAYOFF.
R2S was designed as a full-day Merrell experience rather than a single race. The program moved from a morning warm-up at SEED Brklyn to a trail run through Forest Park, then back to Brooklyn for recovery sessions, conversation, music and an evening mixer.
Our brief was to capture the entire experience while keeping Merrell’s product and branding naturally embedded in the story.
The production required coverage across multiple locations and moments happening simultaneously. Ahead of the event, we walked the Forest Park course, planned camera positions and built a crew around key points along the trail.
Race-day coverage combined ground cameras, still photography and runner POV footage — capturing the start, movement through the trail, finish-line energy and the details that connected the experience back to the brand.
The story continued beyond the finish line. Coverage followed runners back to SEED for recovery programming, conversation and the evening activation, while dedicated product and social assets extended the campaign beyond the event itself.
The final content package included a 60-second recap, vertical social cuts, product hero footage, photography and full-course POV material designed for future organic and paid use.

The piece turned out amazing, the social edit goes crazy! We went through everything — the assets look great.
